Overview

The Pacific Pain Medicine Program is the oldest comprehensive, full time pain medicine clinic providing care for patients in North San Diego County. We are available 24  hours a day for physician consultation and patient care. Our Doctors  are active staff members at Scripps Memorial Hospital-Encinitas and Tri City Medical Center.  We maintain facilities adjacent to each hospital where our professional, experienced team of certified health care specialists attend to patients in a low stress and compassionate environment.

For patients with chronic pain, the  Pacific Pain Medicine Program's approach is multidisciplinary. We work closely  with many other specialists (including neurologists, psychologists, orthopedic and spine surgeons, physiatrists, rheumatologists, oncologists, and psychiatrists) to optimally coordinate the care for our patients. When indicated, the program also includes weekly chronic pain support groups and oversight of physical therapy and rehabilitation modalities.
