Dear Jeremy, Dr. Wailes and Dr. Perrizo, Tammie and all. Over maybe 15 years here, I’ve been in your expert care, and without I have no doubt it would have been over for me. The spinal cord stimulator is such a relief, day and night. I can enjoy most of life now, and every single good moment is filled with my gratitude for your help, and especially your warm, caring touch, each one of you is special to me, and I also still enjoy the memories of each visit, and each of your personalities. Your absolutely wonderful personalities, your smiles, your natures, even your jokes, every single one of you brings a smile to me. What a difference you make in my life. I truly could never thank you enough, and I’m surely just one of the many lives saved by you.
